Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 10 August 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") governs the use of Odiseo (odiseo.ai), the AI-employee platform operated by:
Nexus Generated FZ-LLC Licensed by the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ), License No. 5034603 Registered address: VUET1700, Compass Building - Al Hulaila, Al Hulaila Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates Contact: legal@odiseo.ai
This Policy forms part of the agreement between Nexus Generated FZ-LLC ("Nexus Generated", "we", "us") and each business client ("you", the "Client") under the Odiseo Terms of Service. By deploying an AI employee, you accept this Policy and you are responsible for ensuring that everyone who uses Odiseo through your account — your staff, contractors, and anyone acting on your behalf — complies with it. The English version of this Policy is the binding version.
Why this Policy exists. Your AI employee talks to real people — your website visitors, your WhatsApp contacts, your email recipients — in your name. What it says and does reflects on you, on the recipients' trust, and on the shared infrastructure every Odiseo client depends on (messaging carriers, model providers, email networks). This Policy draws the lines that keep all three safe.
1. Illegal content and activity
You may not use Odiseo, or configure your AI employee, to:
- Engage in, promote, or facilitate any activity that is illegal under the laws of the United Arab Emirates or of any jurisdiction where your business operates or where your end users are located.
- Sell, advertise, or facilitate the sale of illegal goods or services, including controlled substances, weapons, stolen data, or counterfeit goods.
- Distribute content that is unlawful, including content that infringes intellectual property rights, violates privacy rights, or constitutes child sexual abuse material (which we report to the competent authorities without prior notice).
- Launder money, evade sanctions, or facilitate fraud of any kind — including phishing, advance-fee schemes, fake invoicing, or investment scams.
- Load knowledge-base content, prompts, or instructions that you do not have the legal right to use.
2. Spam and unsolicited bulk messaging
Odiseo connects your AI employee to real communication channels — WhatsApp (via Twilio), email, and live chat. These channels have strict anti-abuse rules imposed by carriers and providers, and violations can get all Odiseo clients throttled or blocked. Therefore:
- Consent first. You may only message people who have given you valid consent to be contacted on that channel, in accordance with applicable law (including the UAE PDPL and, where applicable, the GDPR and ePrivacy rules) and with the channel's own policies (including the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Twilio's Acceptable Use Policy).
- No cold bulk outreach. You may not use Odiseo to send unsolicited bulk messages, cold-message purchased or scraped contact lists, or blast promotional content to people who have no existing relationship with your business.
- Honor opt-outs. When a recipient opts out, unsubscribes, or asks your AI employee to stop contacting them, that request is final for that channel. You may not circumvent, delay, or reset opt-outs. Odiseo enforces opt-outs at the platform level; attempting to bypass that enforcement is itself a violation of this Policy.
- Proactive messaging stays within its limits. Odiseo's proactive tier is off by default and, when you enable it, operates under platform-level frequency caps. You may not attempt to defeat, exceed, or work around those caps.
- No snowshoeing. You may not spread messaging across multiple accounts, numbers, or sender identities to evade rate limits, opt-outs, or channel-level blocks.
3. Impersonating a human — AI disclosure is mandatory
Every Odiseo AI employee discloses that it is an AI. AI disclosure is built into chat and appended server-side to every email today; voice and WhatsApp are being brought to the same standard. This is both a platform commitment and a legal requirement (including Article 50 of the EU AI Act, in force since 2 August 2026, where it applies to your end users).
- You may not disable, hide, obscure, or contradict the AI disclosure — not in the widget, not in email, not in any channel, and not through custom prompts or instructions that tell the AI employee to claim it is human.
- You may not configure your AI employee to impersonate a specific real person (a named employee, a public figure, or anyone else) in a way that suggests a human is speaking.
- You may give your AI employee a name and personality. You may not use that persona to deceive end users about the fact that they are talking to an AI.
- You may not present AI-generated messages as individually written by a human where the law or the recipient's reasonable expectation requires otherwise.
4. Regulated advice — bring your own license or don't do it
Odiseo's AI employees are built with dedicated safeguards (two independent layers) that decline requests for financial, legal, or medical advice. In addition:
- You may not use Odiseo to deliver regulated professional advice — including financial, investment, insurance, legal, medical, or pharmaceutical advice — unless you hold the licenses required for that activity in every jurisdiction where you offer it, and you remain fully responsible for the advice as if a licensed human on your staff had given it.
- You may not attempt to bypass, prompt around, or disable these safeguards.
- If your business operates in a regulated sector, you are responsible for configuring your AI employee, your knowledge base, and your workflows to comply with your sector's rules. Odiseo is a general-purpose business communication tool; it is not certified for regulated-advice delivery.
- Nothing your AI employee says constitutes advice from Nexus Generated.
5. Harassment, deception, and harmful conduct
You may not use Odiseo to:
- Harass, threaten, abuse, defame, or intimidate any person.
- Deceive or manipulate end users — including fake urgency or fabricated claims about your products, pricing, or identity.
- Discriminate against end users on the basis of race, religion, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
- Collect sensitive personal data from end users (health data, financial credentials, government IDs) beyond what your published privacy notice permits and what applicable law allows.
- Target, exploit, or knowingly collect data from children where prohibited by applicable law.
- Generate or distribute malware, or instruct end users toward harmful acts.
6. Platform integrity — no scraping, no abuse
You may not:
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Odiseo platform, other clients' deployments, or other clients' end users.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the platform, or attempt to breach the isolation between client accounts (each client's data is strictly segregated; attempting to cross that boundary is grounds for immediate termination).
- Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or exfiltrate the platform's prompts, models, or configuration, or use the platform to build a competing product.
- Interfere with the platform's operation — including overloading endpoints, automating account creation, or manipulating usage metering or spend caps.
- Use the platform to run workloads unrelated to its purpose (e.g., using the AI employee as a general-purpose compute or content-generation proxy for third parties).
- Introduce content or instructions designed to make the AI employee violate this Policy ("jailbreaking" your own employee counts).
7. Reselling
Your subscription licenses your business to deploy AI employees for your own websites, channels, and customers.
- You may not resell, sublicense, rent, or white-label Odiseo, or operate AI employees on behalf of third-party businesses, without a separate written reseller or partner agreement with Nexus Generated.
- Agencies and consultants who wish to deploy Odiseo for their clients must contact us first at legal@odiseo.ai.
8. Payment links
If you connect your own Stripe payment link, you are the merchant of record for those payments. You may not use the payment-link feature to sell anything that violates Section 1, Stripe's own terms, or card-network rules. Nexus Generated does not process or hold those funds and is not a party to those transactions.
9. How we enforce this Policy — the consequences ladder
We prefer to fix problems, not fire clients. Enforcement is proportionate to the severity, intent, and recurrence of the violation:
- Notice and cure. For most first-time or unintentional violations, we notify you at your account email, explain the issue, and give you a reasonable period — normally 5 business days — to fix it.
- Feature restriction. We may disable the specific capability involved (for example, a messaging channel or the proactive tier) while the issue is being resolved.
- Suspension. For repeated violations, failure to cure, or conduct that puts other clients, end users, or the platform's channel standing at risk, we may suspend your account or your AI employees until the issue is resolved.
- Termination. For serious, deliberate, or repeated violations, we may terminate your account in accordance with the Terms of Service.
Immediate action. For violations involving illegal activity, harm to persons, fraud, attempts to breach account isolation, or imminent risk to the platform or its messaging channels, we may suspend or terminate immediately, without prior notice, and notify you afterward.
We may also remove or block specific content, revoke access to specific channels where a carrier or provider requires it, and report unlawful activity to competent authorities where the law requires or permits.
10. Reporting violations
If you believe an Odiseo-powered AI employee is being used in violation of this Policy, report it to legal@odiseo.ai. We review every report.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy as the product, the law, or channel-provider rules evolve. Material changes will be notified to your account email and follow the same advance-notice period as material changes to the Terms of Service (Section 15 of the Terms) before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
12. Relationship to other documents
This Policy is part of, and interpreted together with, the Odiseo Terms of Service. Where this Policy and the Terms of Service conflict, the Terms of Service prevail. This Policy is governed by the laws of the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes are resolved as set out in the Terms of Service: finally resolved by binding arbitration seated in the United Arab Emirates, administered by the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) under its rules in force, before a single arbitrator, with proceedings conducted in English.
