3. Trademarks

"Odiseo", the Odiseo name, and the Odiseo logos are the property of Nexus Generated FZ-LLC. All other trademarks, product names, and company names mentioned on the Platform belong to their respective owners. No use of any trademark on the Platform grants any license or right to use it without the prior written consent of its owner.

4. Intellectual Property

The Platform — including its software, design, text, and other content created by Nexus Generated FZ-LLC — is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Content that clients upload to or create through the Platform remains the property of those clients, as set out in the Terms of Service.

5. Hosting

The Platform is hosted on infrastructure provided by Vercel Inc. A full list of service providers that process data on our behalf is available in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.

6. Applicable Law

This Legal Notice, and the operation of the Platform, are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, together with the applicable regulations of the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ). Any disputes shall be finally resolved by binding arbitration seated in the United Arab Emirates, administered by the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) under its rules in force, before a single arbitrator, with proceedings conducted in English.
